Due to their much smaller particle sizes, the coated varieties of our Nano PCC act as rheology modifiers in large variety of Adhesives and sealants formulations, especially in PVC Plastisol formulations, providing stable and timely rheology, removing HCl formed by any partial decomposition of Plastisols. This results in better dispersion into the formulation, superior balance of anti-slump and extrusion properties, excellent viscosity stability with time and faster recovery from high shear application.

As silicone sealants require high quality seals with High Joint Movement Tolerance, our Coated PCC are induced to lower temperature gunnability, prolong adhesion, enhance and stabilise rheological properties and improving movement capability.
Our Coated Nano PCC assists in modification and controls of the pre-cure rheology of the Silane terminated sealants and enhances good tensile properties.
Coated Nano PCC is dispersed into Hydrocarbon rubber-based sealants which is used in Rubber/ Performed tapes. It helps to provide required rheological properties to the compounded materials.
